IMAGINE ...
. . . windswept, wide open lands of granite, spruce, mist and water
. . . the faraway strains of a tune filtering through the forest to settle on a lake . . .

. . . a smokey steamy lumbercamp
. . . men crowding around old ramdown stoves
. . . the ballad of a riverdriver's love and of his demise . . .

. . . a hundred pairs of feet stomping a jig, a reel or schottiche . . .

. . . a hall of voices singing "Irene, Goodnight'' . . .

AS A TRIO OF PISCATAQUIS COUNTY balladeers, we bring alive traditional and contemporary songs from the heart of Maine's North Woods. Our music is an eclectic gathering of original, current and traditional tunes and songs, highlighting the lives and musical heritage of the French Canadian, British Isles, and Scandinavian people of Maine's North Woods. Performed with a spirit matched only by the folks who lived and created much of our repertoire, we will entertain you with jigs, reels, waltzes, polkas, schottiches, ballads, spoofs, and history told in tall tales.

We play at the Finn Club in Monson regularly.... see you there soon!
